Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments are non-refundable

Review this policy before purchasing an annual membership. The free trial does not auto-convert; annual renewal is a separate manual payment.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All Isolar subscription, onboarding, add-on, usage, service and renewal payments are non-refundable once processed. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused account time, unused features, reduced usage, delayed onboarding, change of mind or failure to cancel before renewal.

2. Free Trial

The current seven-day Isolar free trial requires no payment method, does not auto-convert and does not create an automatic charge. Continued access requires a separate annual membership payment that a tenant administrator actively confirms.

3. Cancellation

The current annual membership renews manually and has no automatic future charge to cancel. If you do not renew, access ends at the end of the paid term. You may continue using included service until that term ends, but the payment for that term is not refunded.

4. Limited Exceptions

A refund will be considered only for a verified duplicate charge, an amount charged incorrectly by Isolar, an express written contractual exception or where applicable law requires a refund. Service dissatisfaction, customer-side technical issues, unreviewed engineering outputs or non-use do not create a refund entitlement.

5. Billing Disputes

Submit a billing concern through the Contact Us page or your account support channel as soon as possible and include the account, invoice, payment reference, date and reason. We may request additional information to verify the transaction. A review does not guarantee a refund.

6. Payment Provider Timing

If an approved exception applies, processing time depends on the payment provider and receiving bank. Any provider fee, foreign exchange difference or tax treatment will be handled according to law and the provider’s rules.
