Terms and Conditions

Terms of Use

These terms govern access to Isolar’s public website and solar EPC software platform.

Last updated: 12 July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing Isolar or using any website, application, design, CRM, proposal or document feature, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies referenced here. If you use Isolar for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

2. Account and Access

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate access to team members.
  • You must promptly notify Isolar through the available support channel if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Platform Use

Isolar provides software for solar EPC intake, CRM, site mapping, design assistance, equipment selection, calculations, BOM, SLD, proposals and related workflows. You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

  • Do not attempt to bypass security, tenant separation, usage controls or access restrictions.
  • Do not upload malicious code, infringing content or personal information you are not authorised to process.
  • Do not resell, reverse engineer or copy the platform except where a written agreement expressly permits it.

4. Engineering and Proposal Outputs

Calculations, layouts, estimates, generation forecasts, BOMs, SLDs, subsidies, pricing and proposal content depend on the data and equipment information supplied to the platform. They are decision-support outputs and must be reviewed by a qualified EPC professional before customer acceptance, procurement, construction, statutory submission or energisation.

5. Customer Data

You retain responsibility for customer and project data you submit. You grant Isolar the limited right to host, process, transmit and generate outputs from that data solely to provide, secure, support and improve the service. You must have a lawful basis and any required consent before entering customer information.

6. Fees, Trials and Renewal

Trial eligibility, subscription term, included usage and fees are shown at signup, in the applicable order or in your account. The current ₹25,000 annual Isolar tenant membership is purchased and renewed manually: the free trial does not auto-convert and Isolar does not automatically charge a saved payment method for this plan. Any future automatic-renewal offer will be disclosed separately before you accept it. Taxes and payment-provider charges may apply only where they are expressly shown before payment.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

The current annual membership has no automatic future charge to cancel. If you do not manually renew, access ends when the paid period expires. Ending use early does not reverse a payment that has already been processed. All payments are non-refundable except for a verified duplicate or incorrect charge, a written contractual exception or where a refund is required by applicable law. The Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Isolar and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, design system, documentation, trademarks and non-customer content. Your subscription provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the active term.

9. Availability and Changes

We may maintain, update, replace or discontinue features to protect security, comply with law or improve the service. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated effective date.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isolar is provided on an as-available basis. Isolar is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user inputs, unreviewed engineering outputs, third-party services, force majeure or use outside the documented workflow. Liability will be limited as stated in the applicable order or, if none, to fees paid for the affected service period, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or conduct that threatens the platform or other users. On termination, access ends and data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Isolar’s principal place of business will have jurisdiction, unless an applicable written agreement or mandatory law requires a different forum.
